Prospex Turtle Dive

The Seiko Prospex Turtle is inspired by the iconic Seiko 6309 diver's watch from the 1970s.

The "Turtle" nickname comes from the watch's distinctive cushion-shaped case, which resembles the shell of a turtle. This Prospex Turtle is renowned for its robust construction, reliable automatic movement, and exceptional water resistance, making it a favourite choice among diving enthusiasts and watch collectors alike. The watch's cushion-shaped case provides a comfortable fit on the wrist and a retro appeal, evoking nostalgia for vintage diver's watches. The design also includes prominent crown guards to protect the screw-down crown, reducing the risk of accidental damage or water infiltration. Seiko Turtle including its sister "Fieldmaster Land Tortoise" features a unidirectional rotating bezel, allowing divers to keep track of their immersion time accurately. The bezel is often marked with minute graduations and a luminous marker at the 12 o'clock position for easy reference.
