Q: Do you really have the items in stock?

A: Yes — absolutely. When an item is marked “In Stock”, it means the product is physically in our possession in Japan and ready to ship right away. You don’t need to email us to confirm availability.

Unlike some retailers who list items they don’t actually hold, we only display products we truly have on hand — ensuring fast shipping, no surprises, and no backorders.


Q: How do you ship to my country, how long does it take, and what is the shipping cost?

A: We offer fast, secure international shipping via DHL Global Express WORLDWIDE. Express EMS (Japan Post) is also available as an option. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the item weight. You’ll see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.


Q: Is it possible to cancel an order before it ships?

A: Yes, cancellation is allowed. Please note:

  • A 3% cancellation fee applies for PayPal or Credit Card orders.
  • No cancellation fee is applied for Bank Transfer or Bitcoin/cryptocurrency payments.

Q: Can you declare a lower value for customs purposes?

A: Yes, but please contact us before placing an order.
