The blade holder uses a phosphor-bronze electrode known for its strong grip, finished with 24K gold plating (1.5 μm) and palladium plating (0.3 μm) for enhanced performance and durability. The guiding idea behind the SWO ULTIMO Series is simple: higher performance, higher precision, and continuous evolution. The housing is crafted from high-density PBT engineering plastic reinforced with 30% glass fiber, offering excellent strength and electrical insulation. By increasing the overall mass by 40% compared to the previous model, the body gains even greater rigidity, which improves vibration control.

Precision has also been enhanced: the blade (electrode) now fits more tightly into the housing, helping suppress unwanted resonance. The internal layout was redesigned with load distribution in mind, giving the SWO ULTIMO its own distinct structural character and performance identity.
