Do you ship to my country?

We ship to countries all over the world from Japan using Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) international mail service. We can also ship using DHL and FedEx. Simply make this request when placing your order.

How are packages shipped?

Your packages are marked with tracking information and they also have shipping insurance that covers the full protection value.

How do I use a gift certificate?

If you have a gift certificate with the 12-digit promotional code (xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx) you can use it for a discount price on any item you wish to order. Redeem the certificate by entering the code into the box on the checkout page.

Returns and Warranties

What is Shopping in Japan’s return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for whatever reason.

If the item is defective on arrival:

  • Contact us as soon as possible before sending it back.
  • Send the item back via priority/express mail with tracking information.
  • A full refund will be given after we receive the item back.
  • You then have the option to replace or exchange the item.

If you change your mind, received the wrong order, or do not like the item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be returned unused with its original box and with all accessories.
  • Send the item back via priority/express mail with tracking information.
  • A 10 to 15% minimum restocking fee plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Most products we sell come with a manufacturer warranty, but they are only valid in Japan. However, we also provide a proxy warranty service if your product needs to be repaired or replaced. If any defects are found on your product simply contact us, and we will provide instructions for the process of Japanese warranty claims.

An international warranty may be available for some watch models.
