A: We ship worldwide by DHL Global Express. Express EMS (Japan Post → USPS) is also available as an option.

A: Orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Delivery via DHL Global Express usually takes 4–7 business days.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?

Q: Can you declare a lower value for customs?
A: Yes, but please contact us before placing an order.

Q: Can I cancel an order before shipment?
A: Yes, cancellations are allowed. Please note:
- 3% cancellation fee for PayPal or Credit Card orders.
- No cancellation fee for Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency payments.

Returns & Warranties
Q: What is Shopping In Japan’s return policy?
A: Returns accepted within 15 days:
- Defective items: Contact us immediately. Return via tracked mail. Full refund or replacement offered.
- Change of mind: Item must be unused, in original box with accessories. 10–15% restocking fee + original shipping will be deducted from refund.
Q: Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?
A: Yes, most products come with a worldwide manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated on the Warranty tab.
