Q: If the item is listed as “In Stock,” does it mean the item is available for purchase?

A: Yes. Our inventory is always up-to-date. Every item you see listed is available and ready to ship. Shop with confidence knowing your order will be dispatched promptly.


Shipping Questions

Q: How do you ship my order to my country?

A: We ship worldwide by DHL Global Express. Express EMS (Japan Post → USPS) is also available as an option.

Q: How are packages shipped?

Q: When will my package arrive?

A: Orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Delivery via DHL Global Express usually takes 4–7 business days.

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the item weight. Enter your postal/zip code at checkout to view the final total including shipping.

Q: Can you declare a lower value for customs?

A: Yes, but please contact us before placing an order.

Q: What is the estimate of import duties?

A: Import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to our Import Tax Information.

Q: Can I cancel an order before shipment?

A: Yes, cancellations are allowed. Please note:

  • 3% cancellation fee for PayPal or Credit Card orders.
  • No cancellation fee for Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency payments.

A: Payments can be settled in USD, AUD, EUR, and GBP at checkout.

Q: How do I use a gift certificate?

A: Enter your 12-digit code at checkout to redeem. Gift Certificates are non-transferable.

Returns & Warranties

Q: What is Shopping In Japan’s return policy?

A: Returns accepted within 15 days:

  • Defective items: Contact us immediately. Return via tracked mail. Full refund or replacement offered.
  • Change of mind: Item must be unused, in original box with accessories. 10–15% restocking fee + original shipping will be deducted from refund.

Q: Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?

A: Yes, most products come with a worldwide manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated on the Warranty tab.
